Burla, Yehudah
(1886-1969)
   Israeli novelist. He was born in Jerusalem. He became head of the Arab Department of the Histadrut, an envoy of Karen Hayesod to Latin American countries, and director of Arab affairs in the Israeli Ministry of Minorities. He wrote stories and novels depicting the life of the Middle Eastern Sephardim.
